EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution.
Additional Requirements:
• Proficiency in the local language of the participating RRB
• Working knowledge of computers is required/desirable.
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
Preference: Candidates having a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy may be preferred.
Additional: Proficiency in the local language and computer knowledge is desirable.
Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Officer Scale-II (IT Officer)
Qualification: Degree in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / IT or related field with minimum 50% marks.
Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountant)
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as a CA.
Officer Scale-II (Law Officer)
Qualification: Law Degree with minimum 50% marks.
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as an Advocate or Law Officer.
Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager)
Qualification: CA or MBA in Finance.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience.
Officer Scale-II (Marketing Officer)
Qualification: MBA in Marketing.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience.
Officer Scale-II (Agriculture Officer)
Qualification: Relevant Agriculture-related degree with minimum 50% marks.

SALARY
Office Assistant & Officer posts: Salary and allowances will be as per the respective participating RRB norms and applicable pay structure.
Employees will also receive applicable allowances and benefits according to the rules of the respective Regional Rural Bank.
