ISRO Propulsion Complex (IPRC), Mahendragiri, a unit of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) under the Department of Space, Government of India, invites online applications from eligible Indian citizens for recruitment to various posts including Technical Assistant, Technician ‘B’, Cook ‘A’ and Fireman ‘A’.

Educational Qualification
Technical Assistant (Automobile): First Class Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
Technical Assistant (Mechanical): First Class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
Technical Assistant (Electronics & Communication): First Class Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.
Technician ‘B’: Pass in SSLC/SSC/Matriculation/10th Standard and ITI in the relevant trade with NTC from NCVT or NAC from NCVT.
Cook ‘A’: Pass in SSLC/SSC/Matriculation/10th Standard and 5 years’ experience as Cook in a well-established Hotel/Canteen. Experience certificate from a well-established Hotel/Canteen must be produced during the Skill Test.
Fireman ‘A’: Pass in SSLC/SSC/Matriculation/10th Standard and must satisfy the prescribed Physical Fitness Standards. Preliminary Medical Examination Certificate is required along with the online application.
Age Limit
As on 05 October 2026:
Post Codes 60 to 68: 18–35 years
Fireman ‘A’ (Post Code 71): 18–25 years
Age Relaxation
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC: 3 years, if the post is reserved for OBC
Additional relaxation may apply to Ex-Servicemen / PwBD candidates as per Government rules.
Salary
Technical Assistant: Pay Level-7 – ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400
Technician ‘B’: Pay Level-3 – ₹21,700 to ₹69,100
Cook ‘A’: Pay Level-2 – ₹19,900 to ₹63,200
Fireman ‘A’: Pay Level-2 – ₹19,900 to ₹63,200
Selected candidates will also be entitled to DA, HRA and other applicable allowances as per ISRO/Government of India rules.

Further communication regarding the Written Test and Skill Test will be sent through e-mail. Candidates must provide a correct and active e-mail ID during registration.
Application Fee

Initially ₹750 per application
Full fee will be refunded to Female / SC / ST / Ex-SM / PwBD candidates.
For other candidates, ₹500 will be refunded after deduction of bank charges, subject to appearing in the Written Test.
Post Codes 63–68 & 70–71
Initially ₹500 per application
Full fee will be refunded to Female / SC / ST / Ex-SM / PwBD candidates.
For other candidates, ₹400 will be refunded after deduction of bank charges, subject to appearing in the Written Test.
