Assistant Foreman (Trainee) Grade-C Recruitment by Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) — a Mini-Ratna Government PSU under Coal India Limited.

This is a government PSU technical recruitment for supervisory posts in mining operations. As an Assistant Foreman (Trainee), you help supervise mechanical, electrical, and electronics operations at NCL mining sites, supporting daily production and maintenance activities. After training, candidates are appointed in Grade-C cadre with regular pay and benefits.

•Matriculation (10th pass) or equivalent •Diploma Engineering (minimum 3-year full-time) in relevant disciplines such as: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication / E&T

•Minimum age: 18 years •Maximum age: 30 years (as of 05 March 2026)

₹47,330.25 per month (Basic pay) Additional allowances such as DA, HRA, transport subsidy, attendance bonus, medical facility etc., as per NCL rules during training.
