Educational Qualification

Science Subjects

• 10+2 (Intermediate) with Physics, Mathematics and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English

OR

• 3 Years Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Computer Science / Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology) with 50% marks and 50% in English

OR

• 2 Years Vocational Course with Physics & Mathematics with 50% marks and 50% in English

Other Than Science Subjects

• 10+2 (Intermediate) in any stream with minimum 50% aggregate marks and 50% in English

OR

• 2 Years Vocational Course with minimum 50% marks and 50% in English

Physical & Medical Standards

Height:

• Male – 152.5 cm

• Female – 152 cm

Chest (Male):

• Minimum 77 cm with 5 cm expansion

Running:

• Male – 1.6 km in 7 minutes

• Female – 1.6 km in 8 minutes

Male Physical Test:

• Push-ups – 10 in 1 minute

• Sit-ups – 10 in 1 minute

• Squats – 20 in 1 minute

Female Physical Test:

• Sit-ups – 10

• Squats – 15 in 1 minute 30 seconds

Weight should be proportionate to height and age.
