Indian Army invites online applications from eligible unmarried female candidates for grant of Short Service Commission (Non-Technical) under the NCC Special Entry Scheme 124th Course (October 2026). Interested candidates must apply online within the prescribed dates mentioned in the official notification.

• Wards of Battle Casualties of Army Personnel – 01 Post

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess:

• Graduation Degree from a recognized University with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

• Must have served for minimum 2 years in NCC Senior Division / Wing.

• Must have obtained NCC ‘C’ Certificate with minimum ‘B’ Grade.

(For Wards of Battle Casualties – NCC ‘C’ Certificate not required.)

Age Limit:

19 to 25 Years as on 01 July 2026

Candidates should be born between 02 July 2001 and 01 July 2007 (both dates inclusive).

Marital Status:

Only Unmarried Female Candidates are eligible.

Nationality:

Must be a citizen of India.

Pay Scale:

On commissioning as Lieutenant:

Level 10 – ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500

Military Service Pay (MSP) ₹15,500

Other allowances as applicable.

Training:

Training will commence in October 2026 at Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai.
