The Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank), a premier Government of India owned development financial institution, invites online applications from eligible Indian citizens for recruitment to the post of Management Trainee (Banking Operations). Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications from a recognized university/institution:

Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks

MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade

Chartered Accountant (CA) – passed professional examination

(Final-year students may apply subject to declaration of results before joining.)

Age Limit (as on prescribed date):

Minimum Age: 21 years

Maximum Age: 28 years

Age relaxation is applicable for SC / ST / OBC / PwBD candidates as per Government of India norms.

Pay Scale:

Selected candidates will be appointed as Management Trainee with a pay scale starting at approximately:

₹48,480 – ₹85,920 per month

In addition to basic pay, employees are entitled to DA, HRA, medical benefits, leave benefits, and other allowances as per EXIM Bank rules.
