Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Graduate / Post-Graduate degree such as:
B.E / B.Tech (CS / IT / ECE)
B.Design
MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc (CS / IT / Electronics or related discipline)
Along with a mandatory UX / UI certification from recognized institutes like:
Google UX Design Certificate
Nielsen Norman Group (NNG)
HFI / IDF UX Certifications
(or equivalent)
Minimum 50% marks required in qualifying degree.
Experience Required
Relevant professional experience in UI/UX Design is mandatory:
Vice President (UX): Minimum 15 years (5 years in UX)
Deputy Vice President (UX): Minimum 12 years (5 years in UX)
Assistant Vice President (UX): Minimum 8 years (3 years in UX)
Senior Special Executive: Minimum 5 years (2 years in UX)
Deputy Manager (UI & UX): Minimum 4 years (2 years in UX)
Experience in Banking / FinTech / IT / Digital platforms will be preferred.
Age Limit (as on 31-12-2025)
Vice President (UX): 40 to 50 years
Deputy Vice President (UX): 36 to 44 years
Assistant Vice President (UX): 32 to 40 years
Senior Special Executive: 28 to 37 years
Deputy Manager (UI & UX): 25 to 35 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India norms.
Pay Scale / Salary
Vice President (UX): Up to ₹80 Lakh per annum
Deputy Vice President (UX): Up to ₹60 Lakh per annum
Assistant Vice President (UX): Up to ₹45 Lakh per annum
Senior Special Executive: Up to ₹40 Lakh per annum
Deputy Manager (UI & UX): ₹64,820 – ₹93,960 (MMGS-II Scale)
