Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB), under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, invites online applications from eligible Indian citizens for recruitment to various Level-1 (Group D) posts in Indian Railways. The recruitment will be conducted across all Railway Zones in India. Interested and eligible candidates must submit their applications online within the prescribed dates mentioned below.

Job Location:

Posting will be across India under various Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs).

Nature of Appointment:

Selected candidates will be appointed to Level-1 posts on a regular/permanent basis as per Railway rules.

Salary:

Selected candidates will be paid as per Pay Level-1 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix with an initial pay of ₹18,000/- per month, along with admissible allowances as per Indian Railways norms.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:

10th Pass (Matriculation) from a recognized Board

OR

ITI from NCVT / SCVT recognized institution

OR

National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by NCVT

Candidates awaiting final results are not eligible to apply.

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026):

Minimum Age: 18 Years

Maximum Age: 33 Years

Age Relaxation:

OBC-NCL: 03 Years

SC / ST: 05 Years

PwBD: 10 Years

Computer Based Test (CBT) Pattern:

The CBT will consist of 100 questions for 100 marks from the following subjects:

Mathematics

General Intelligence & Reasoning

General Science

General Awareness & Current Affairs
