Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, invites online applications from eligible Indian citizens for recruitment to the post of Management Trainee (MT) in various disciplines for the year 2025. The recruitment aims to fill multiple technical and non-technical positions across BDL units, offices, and project locations in India and abroad. Salary:The pay scale for the post of Management Trainee falls under the IDA Pattern, with a salary range of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000.The approximate annual CTC is ₹15.55 lakh, including allowances and benefits as per company norms.

Eligibility Criteria:Candidates must possess a First Class Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Professional Qualification relevant to the discipline they are applying for. Additional discipline-specific requirements, if any, will be as per the detailed official notification.
