Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
Candidates must have passed their graduation not earlier than 01/01/2023 and not later than 01/09/2026 (both dates inclusive).
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 20 to 28 years as on 01/09/2026.
Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02/09/1998 and not later than 01/09/2006 (both days inclusive).
Age Relaxation
OBC-NCL: 3 years
SC/ST: 5 years
PwBD: 10 years
Stipend
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹16,650/-, including subsidy amount, if any, provided by the Government of India, during the apprenticeship period.
Local Language Requirement
Candidates who have studied the specified opted local language in 10th or 12th standard and have valid marksheet/certificate evidence will not be required to undergo the local language test.
Other candidates will have to qualify in a local language test during the selection/document verification process.
Physical/Medical Fitness
Engagement of selected apprentices is subject to the candidate being declared medically fit as per the requirements of Canara Bank.

Other Candidates: ₹500/-
Selection Process
Selection will be based on a state-wise merit list prepared according to the marks obtained in 12th Standard (HSC/10+2) or Diploma.
Candidates with higher percentages will be ranked higher. In case of equal percentage, the older candidate will be placed higher in the merit list.
Minimum Marks Required:
General Candidates: 60%
SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: 55%
Percentages will not be rounded off. For example, 59.99% will not qualify for the 60% requirement.
Document verification will be conducted, including the applicable local language test.
