Educational Qualification & Experience
Frontend / Backend / CMS Developer
BE/B.Tech in CS/IT or equivalent
MCA / M.Sc. (IT) or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
For Senior-level posts: Minimum 5 years of experience
Content Manager
Graduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, English or IT preferred
Knowledge of CMS platforms
Minimum 3 years of experience in content management / digital publishing / communications
Database Administrator
BE/B.Tech in CS/IT or equivalent
MCA / M.Sc. (IT) or BCA with relevant certification
Minimum 3 years of experience in database administration
Senior-level post requires 5 years of experience
Graphic Designer
Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in web/digital design
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 21 Years
Maximum Age: 38 Years

Salary
Frontend Developer / Sr. Frontend Developer: ₹35,000 – ₹85,000/month
Backend Developer / Sr. Backend Developer: ₹35,000 – ₹85,000/month
CMS Developer / Sr. CMS Developer: ₹45,000 – ₹85,000/month
Content Manager: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000/month
Database Administrator / Sr. Database Administrator: ₹60,000 – ₹90,000/month
Graphic Designer: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000/month
Remuneration will be fixed based on assessed performance in the selection process. Senior-level designation requires the prescribed relevant experience.
