Oil India Limited has released an official notification for the engagement of 5 Contractual Field Assistant (Land) posts on purely contractual basis at Field Headquarters, Duliajan. Eligible candidates from Assam and Arunachal Pradesh may attend the Walk-in Personal Assessment scheduled on 28 May 2026.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must fulfill any one of the following criteria:
Must possess Qualified Recorder's Certificate Class Course (RCCC) of Lot Mandal / Land Record Assistant from Government Department.
OR
Must have passed HSLC examination or equivalent from recognized board along with minimum 10 years work experience in Government / PSU / Public / Private Sector organizations engaged in land acquisition, land survey, revenue matters and liaison with revenue authorities.
Salary Details
Fixed Emolument: Rs. 21,450/- per month
Variable Emolument: Rs. 825/- per working day
Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties related to:
Land acquisition and land survey work
Liaison with Revenue Departments and Government authorities
Land documentation and mutation processes
Coordination with landowners and operational teams
Maintaining land-related databases and compliance records
Selection Process
Selection will be based on Walk-in Personal Assessment carrying 100 marks. Candidates will be assessed on:

Contract Period
