Educational Qualification
Superintending Research Scientist: Ph.D. in Chemistry, Geology or Chemical/Petroleum Engineering, along with the relevant master's degree and at least 4 years of post-qualification work experience.
Senior Officer (Mechanical): Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 65% marks.
Senior Officer (Petroleum): Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering/Technology with at least 60% marks and an engineering degree at graduation level.
Senior Accounts Officer / Senior Internal Auditor: Associate Member of ICAI/ICMAI.
Hindi Officer: Postgraduate degree in Hindi and at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Confidential Secretary: Graduate degree with a 1–2 year diploma in Secretarial Practice, Modern Office Management, Executive Assistant or an equivalent qualification, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience.
