Salary & Pay Scale

• Basic Pay:₹20,000 per month
• Total Annual CTC:₹4,64,508 - ₹4,98,108
• Net Pay Monthly:₹26,727 - ₹29,527 + ₹5,040 Meal Coupon
• Other Benefits:Gratuity, Staff Housing Loan scheme, Performance Linked Incentive, yearly increment up to 10% of Basic Pay based on performance.

• Nationality:Indian Citizen
• Age (as on 01.04.2026):21 to 30 years
• Educational Qualification (as on 01.04.2026):Graduate with minimum 55% aggregate marks in any discipline from a recognized university. Correspondence/distance/part-time courses are not eligible. Computer literacy is required.

Selection Process

1. Online Examination:Objective type, 200 questions (English, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, Numerical Ability, Computer Skill), 2 hours duration. Negative marking (0.25 marks per wrong answer).
2. Interview:Candidates shortlisted based on online exam merit.
3. Final Selection:Based on combined marks of online examination and interview.
4. Medical & Background Verification:Medical exam and background check for selected candidates.
