SAI Internship Recruitment 2026

Sports Authority of India (SAI), under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports (MYAS), Government of India, has released the official notification for the Comprehensive Internship Programme 2026. The internship is offered across various domains under MYAS, SAI, NADA and NDTL. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online within the prescribed dates.

Domain-wise Vacancy:

• MYAS (Various Domains) – 40

• SAI – General Domains (Sports Management, Legal, Media, IT, Infrastructure etc.) – 160

• SAI – Sports Science & Performance Analyst – 212

• NADA (Anti-Doping Policy, Legal, Research) – 20

• NDTL (Laboratory, Chemical & Biological Sciences, R&D) – 20

Age Limit:

20–25 years (Relaxation for PG/PhD/Research Scholars as per rules)

Stipend:

• ₹10,000 per month (UG)

• ₹20,000 per month (PG)

Qualification:

• Graduation / Post Graduation in relevant streams (domain-wise)

• PG students (ongoing/recent) or final year UG (only for limited roles)

• Statement of Purpose (SOP) mandatory

• NOC required (if applicable)

Specialized Eligibility:

• SAI Sports Science Roles:

M.Sc / Master’s in Sports Science, Physiology, Biomechanics, Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Sports Medicine

• NDTL Internship:

M.Sc in Chemistry / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Forensic Science or M.Pharm (final year)
