Assam Public Service Commission (APSC), a Government of Assam organization, has released the official notification for the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2025 for recruitment to various Group-A posts under the Assam Government. Selection Process:
The selection will be conducted in three stages:
• Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)
• Main Examination (Written)
• Interview / Personality Test
Preliminary Examination Pattern:
• Papers: 2 (General Studies I & II)
• Total Marks: 400 (200 each)
• Duration: 2 hours each paper
• Type: Objective (MCQ)
• Negative Marking: 1/4 deduction
Main Examination:
• Written Examination (6 papers)
• Candidates selected from prelims (approx. 11–12 times vacancies)
• Followed by Interview / Personality Test
